The family team at Silverman Sherliker deals with a diverse range of divorce cases from simple, amicable settlements through to the more complex cases and those involving high value assets often with an international aspect.

We also have extensive experience of, and provide a multi-disciplinary approach to, resolving sensitive issues relating to children.

Stala Charalambous and Anna Stanworth are members of Resolution and adhere to the Resolution Code of Practice. We seek to reach settlement amicably, aim to minimise hostility and consequently reduce costs.

Whilst court proceedings are often necessary, for example to prevent dissipation of assets or to protect a client experiencing domestic abuse, a good proportion of all of her cases result in a successful, negotiated settlement.
